Court Trial of SCOAN Trustees Adjourned till December 11

LAGOS – The trial of Registered Trustees of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) and four others over the September 12, 2014 building collapse, which claimed 116 lives, slated for yesterday has been adjourned till December 11, 2015.

Due to the absence of four out of the five defendants expected at the trial yesterday, Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo of an Ikeja High Court adjourned the case.

The defendants expected at the court are the Registered Trustees of Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN), Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company, Jadny Trust Limited – Mr Oladele Ogundeji and Mr Akinbela Fatiregun.
