About Landmark University
Landmark University was founded as a Private Christian Institution, and is affiliated with the Living Faith Church Worldwide, headed by Bishop David Oyedepo. LMU as the University is fondly called was established March 21, 2011 with the purpose of establishing an institution towards the realization of Agrarian revolution. The chancellor of Landmark University has often highlighted that the University is aimed at improving the agricultural sector of Nigeria and Africa at large. This has informed the institution’s commitment to raising leaders who would be equipped with skills and character in order to lead the world in meeting the needs of humanity-FOOD.
Landmark University was established to make laudable contributions to knowledge in order to secure increased comfort for humanity by “Breaking New Grounds” (the University’s motto) in teaching, research, and community service. LMU’s vision is “to be a leading world-class university, by spearheading agrarian revolution on the African continent through the exploration of hidden treasures in mother-earth and thereby restore the dignity of the black race”. With core values such as spirituality, possibility mentality, capacity building, integrity, responsibility, diligence, and sacrifice; the University strives to raise a new generation of solution providers and leaders.
LMU is licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and other relevant professional bodies to run undergraduate programmes in the colleges of Agricultural Sciences; Sciences and Engineering; Business and Social Sciences. International students can also apply for the programmes offered. Currently, Landmark Universities ranks as the 11th best University in the country, and 4,332 in the world by 4ic.org.

Admission Requirements into Landmark University
Landmark University predominantly offers admission for undergraduate programmes. Like other private universities, LMU has a slightly selective admission process based on entrance examination and past academic records of prospective students. As a prospective applicant, you are required to have the following:
Credit passes in 5 subjects at SSCE/GCE O'Level/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent at no more than two sittings. The subjects that you are required to pass must include English language, Mathematics and other subjects relevant to your proposed course of study.
The prescribed JAMB cut-off mark for your course. It's important that you register the correct subject combination also.

LMU Dress Code
The University attaches great importance to modest and good dressing, and as such has a dress code for students of the institution. Among them include, the corporate dressing for students during professional events in the institution; zero tolerance to armless or strapless dressing for the girls and ripped jeans or shorts for the guys; The guys are expected to cut their hair appropriately and are not allowed to keep it full; Students in professional disciplines must always dress corporate and wear the right colours.
