Reason For Loving Place
Formerly known as the University of Cross River State, the university operates a multi-campus system that sees it feature four campuses: the main campus, the town campus, the annex campus and the Ime Umana campus. As the town campus, it accommodates Faculties of Arts, Education, Social Sciences, and Pharmacy. It also houses the University Library. Though a third-generation University in Nigeria, the University of Uyo is competing favorably with best first-generation Universities in Nigeria and has recorded various strides.
