History Of Godfrey Okoye University

GO University as it is fondly called by its students was firstly named as Bishop Okoye Ecumenical University at its early stages of foundation.It was established as an institution and establishment representing the Catholic Diocese of Enugu,its purpose was to unite educational activities of the diocese,the seeds of the university were sown and after many deliberations and preparations the University formally began in the 2009/2010 academic session on 7th December 2009
