<Funny Story Competition> Phone Alarm Gone Wrong!

My funniest was when we (my family and I) were travelling from Lagos to US via Netherlands. ‎ Our Netherlands to US flight had technical issues so we had to sleep in airport hotel till next morning.

I set my new phone’s alarm and put it by our heads so that we do not oversleep and miss the flight.

While sleeping, someone hit the phone and it entered a panel between the bed and the wall. We alerted the hotel staff and they said that they cannot bring it out, that their bed technicians come once a month and they come from London. They had just came a week before then so the next time will be 3 weeks by which time we would be be back in Lagos.

I could not believe it was my NEW phone they were talking about.

Anyway, to cut the long story short, after so much drama, we used a vacuum cleaner to suck out the phone from the panel.

We still laugh hysterically in my family when we remember the incident. I mean, everything happened like we were acting out ‎the script of a movie where terribly funny things happen eg Johnson’s family vacation, Road Trip etc
