Recently built, it is a word-standard train station and I daresay, currently the best in Nigeria. Except on Sundays, it is open all week. There are ongoing plans to link the airport to the station. Also, supporting infrastructures such as roads linking the station to town are still in construction phases. There will be opportunities for businesses such as restaurants, boutiques and the likes in the terminal as soon as all construction works are finished.
