In cases where a piece of luggage exceeds the requirements, the customer would have to purchase an extra seat to cater for this or send the luggage via Ifex Express Logistics-the sister company.
Because the company is very particular about the welfare of children, they have provided a massive discount of 30% when customers book for their children online or over the counter. However, this only applies to children between ages 2-10 and a photocopy of a valid means of identification for the child(ren) is to be tendered.
