Chloe’s Cupcake Heaven (CCh) as the name suggests is primarily pre-occupied with providing a little slice of heaven to every customer that walks in. At CCh, the believe is that a satisfactory dessert dining experience far exceeds the yumminess of the dessert and includes the other sublime factors often overlooked such as the ambience of the cafe, the attitude of the staff and even the small ware the desserts are presented in.
