Umutu Restaurant has adopted these simple rules when creating their fine dining menu consisting of dishes that use only the freshest ingredients. Contrary to beliefs, not all Italian dishes revolve around pasta. The combinations of the ingredients that go into the dish are what make it Italian: fresh tomatoes, olives, basil, and garlic, to name a few. Umutu Restaurant boasts of expert chefs who are trained both in the preparation and presentation of Italian meals.

Since relaunch, the restaurant now has a fresh new look with a streamlined menu that captures the best of Italy. When you walk through their doors there is a sense of warmth, with a coffee aroma in the air from their Umutu coffee beans. No Italian meal is complete without an espresso. Umutu’s Coffee, with beans roasted fresh, is the perfect end to a meal. Italians frown on drinking cappuccinos after 11am, however it’s hard to resist the Umutu cappuccino with its perfect froth. Rules, after all, are made to be broken.
