How to Get a Quick Drivers' Licence in Nigeria

Getting a drivers' licence in Nigeria is kind of like the ultimate ID score - probably only second to holding a Nigerian passport. Beyond it being the legal pass to drive a car in Nigeria, it serves as high value ID during official registrations of any kind.
In a bid to clean up the entire process of obtaining a drivers' licence, the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) released a new format of the licence in December, 2012. As of today, the licence is acceptable and valid in three states in the U.S.A and seven countries in Europe and the authorities are working hard to increase the scope of reach of the licence.
