Third Mainland Bridge was established in 1990, Built by Julius Berger Nigeria PLC in 1990.
The Third Mainland Bridge is one of the three bridges in Lagos connecting Lagos Island to the mainland. It is the longest of the three, the remaining two being the Carter Bridge and the Eko bridge.
