Gobarau Minaret
The Gobarau Minaret is more than 300 years old. It is made of mud and baked clay, standing 50 feet at the centre of Kastina and was completed by of Sarkin Katsina Muhammadu Korau, the first Muslim king of Katsina. This tower is the symbol of the city. it is used as a central mosque and an Islamic center for higher education.
Katsina City Gates
The Katsina City Gates is over 900 years old and was constructed during the reign of King Murabus. This city wall surrounds Kastina and there are seven gates that you can use for your access. You would be fascinated with the way these wall and gates were constructed.
*Emirs Palaces *
There are two palaces that you are going to see here, the Emir of Katsina and the Emir of Daura that date back to the 19th century. The ancient architectural designs and constructions of these palaces are recommendable and attract thousands of visitors to it. You cannot stop taking pictures here.
Kusugu Well
The story of Kusugu well is historic. It was here in the 10th century that a giant snake Sarki that would not allow the resident of Daura to drink always from the well, was killed by sword by Bayajida The sword and the well is still here in Daura.
Katsina Teacher’s College
Now, you must be wondering what on earth you should be doing in a teacher’s college of all places. Relax, the Kastina Teacher’s College is special because it is northern Nigeria’s oldest institution of higher learning that was built in 1921, It was built with fired clay and red baked mud. This is a tourist spot in the state and has been declared in 1959 as a Historic Monument Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa and Alhaji Sir Ahmadu Bello went to this school.
Jibia Holiday Resort

National Museum
It was in 1921 that the National Museum was established within the premises of the Old Katsina Training College. In 1989, this place was declared a Historical Monument and a national museum. You would see archaeological artifacts here.
