History of The Code of Conduct BureauThe Code of Conduct Bureau is a government establishment established in 1979 during the second republic after 13 years of military rule. In the 1979 constitution was a list of Codes of Conducts for public officers. The Code of Conduct provision has existed in the 5th schedule of all constitutions following; 1989, 1993, 1995 and the current 1999 constitution.
