The NOA is a government body in charge of the enlightenment of the general public on Government policies, programmes and activities,mobilization of favourable public opinion and support for Government policies, programmes and activities and collection, collation, analysis and provision of feedback from the public to Government on its policies, programmes and activities amongst other services.It is located at Old Secretariat, Off Oba Akinijobi Street, Kodesoh St, Polic Barrack, Ikeja.

National Orientation Agency is located in Abuja North-Central of Nigeria.Thus, it experiences three weather conditions every year. This includes a warm, humid rainy season and a blistering dry season.  In between the two, there is a brief interlude of harmattan occasioned by the northeast trade wind, with the main feature of dust haze and dryness. Temperatures can drop to as low as 16 degrees during the harmattan period.
