History of The Corporate Affairs CommissionThe Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria was established in 1990 via the Companies and Allied Matters Decree no 1. Now ammended on Act cap C20 Laws of federation of Nigeria. The Commission has effected numerous changes in its mode of doing business, making the procedure more flexible, easier to do and more consumer engaging in line with the digitization of government parastatals.
