The Lagos Yacht Club is also known as LYC. It is situated in Magazine Point, Onikan, Lagos Island, Lagos State. Founded by a group of sea lovers in 1932, it is one of the oldest sporting societies in Nigeria. Several gaming activities are held at the club house, especially boat sailing. The club has over 30 members who participate in the annual Whispering Palms Regatta.
The Lagos yacht club is the ideal place for lovers of sailing, boat rides or people looking to enjoy the serenity and ambience of the Atlantic Ocean.
