Children are welcome at Teesoda Apartments, subject to the property’s occupancy and safety requirements.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that children do not disturb other occupants or damage property.
Pets are not permitted within the apartment unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.
Approved pets, where applicable, must be supervised and must not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance to other guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all bedrooms and indoor common areas.
Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional cleaning charges and other appropriate management action.
Where designated smoking areas are provided, guests must use those areas only.
Payments may be made through bank transfer or other payment methods officially approved by management.
Guests are required to complete payment according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Proof of payment may be requested before check-in or confirmation of a reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be communicated directly to Teesoda Apartments through the official booking or communication channel.
Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated and accepted at the time of booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after management has reviewed and approved the request.
No-show reservations and cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline may be subject to forfeiture of payments, in accordance with the agreed booking terms.
General Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness, respect other occupants, and handle all apartment facilities and furnishings responsibly.
Guests who book individual rooms must respect the privacy and shared-use rules of the apartment’s common areas.
Any damage, loss, or violation of house rules should be reported to management promptly.
Management reserves the right to address violations of these terms in accordance with the property’s policies and applicable law.
By confirming a reservation or checking in, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
