Pets are strictly not allowed anywhere on the premises for all three properties. Children are allowed to stay at the properties. No extra beds or cots are available for children.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed public spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoor for guests who wish to smoke.
Accepted forms of payment include; credit/debit cards and cash.
Standard bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival/check-in date qualify for a full refund or, where applicable, rescheduling to a later date. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the room rate selected. Guests booking non-refundable or promotional rates are subject to the specific conditions attached to those rates.
Late Cancellation Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time will attract a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
No-Show Policy If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. A charge of the full booking amount or, at minimum, the first night's stay may apply. No refund or rescheduling will be provided for a no-show.
Rescheduling After Check-In Guests who have already checked in may request to reschedule the remaining portion of their stay to a future date, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice while still at the hotel. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will attract a charge equivalent to one full night's stay
