Guests may cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled check in time and will be eligible for a refund less a 15% administrative charge to cover payment processing fees, banking charges, applicable taxes, and administrative costs. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before check in will attract a 50% cancellation charge, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check in, or failure to arrive without prior notice i.e No Show, are non refundable.
Guests who check out earlier than their confirmed departure date are not entitled to a refund for unused nights unless approved by management.
Reservation changes are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, taxes and administrative costs may be deducted.
Refunds are not granted for events beyond the hotels reasonable control. Where the hotel cannot honour a confirmed booking, a refund in line with this policy or comparable accommodation will be offered.
