Yes we accept pet, children and babies in rooms, We do not allow smoking in rooms, We have a bush bar for any guest that wants to smoke.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date will incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will attract a charge of 20% of the room rate.

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice after payment has been made will attract a charge of 25% of the room rate.

For Group or Corporate Bookings, Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date will incur no charge.  Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the arrival date will attract a charge of 30% of the total booking value.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will attract a charge of 50% of the total booking value.

Any changes to the reservation date, room type, or number of rooms are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival for individual bookings and 30 days before arrival for group bookings.

In the event of an early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for the originally booked nights.
