Check in time is 12noon, Check out time is 12noon. Events, parties, and gatherings require prior written approval from the host before booking.

The hotel is located within a quiet residential space, and event use is considered on a case by case basis. Bookings made for event purposes without prior written approval will not be permitted.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and peaceful manner throughout their stay. Any behavior that endangers the safety of other guests, staff, or that causes a disturbance to the wider community, will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

Reservations are made in the name of the booking guest and are non transferable. The guest who makes the booking must be present at check in.

Guests are expected to maintain considerate noise levels throughout the day, even outside the formal quiet hours window 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents at any hour may result in a request to vacate the property.

Maximum occupancy is strictly for the registered guests a room or an apartment can carry. Additional visitors, even for brief social calls must be cleared with the host or reception in advance. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances.

The pool and gym are for the use of registered guests only, which is shared. Pool floats for children are available at the property. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in the pool.

Commercial photography and filming are welcomed at an additional fee, payable to the host. Please notify the host and confirm the applicable fee at least 48 hours before any scheduled shoot.

All crew and equipment must remain within the villas private grounds. Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette are not permitted inside the property under any circumstances. Guests who smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas only. A cleaning fine applies to smoking inside the property.

Please treat the apartment and all its furnishings, fixtures, fittings and shared facilities with care. Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged.

Pets are not permitted at the property. On departure, please leave the room or apartment in a reasonably tidy condition.

Personal belongings collected, poolside and outdoor areas cleared, and any damage or maintenance issues reported to the host or reception before checkout.

Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability and host approval and may attract an additional fee.
