Check in is Anytime, Check out is 12:00Noon. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas, if available, should be used. Pets are not allowed. Children is allowed. Fighting or destruction of properties is not allowed. Stealing is not allowed. Event is allowed like Birthday, Bridal shower, Engagement party.

The maximum occupancy per apartment is limited to the number specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges or be declined entry.

Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its facilities with care. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check in date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.

No shows i.e, guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the first nights stay, and the remaining nights may be released for resale.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Reservations booked under non-refundable promotions, discounted rates, or special offers cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

Requests to modify reservation dates, apartment type, or length of stay are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date may be charged for one additional night's stay, unless otherwise approved by the management.

Richgates Apartments reserves the right to review cancellation requests resulting from medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.
