BLUESTONE SKYLINE APARTMENT Policy
Check in 2:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00noon. All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A 30 minute grace period applies after check out time. Additional charges may apply thereafter. Early check in, and late check out is subject to availability and attracts additional charges. Each apartment accommodates a maximum of five guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance by the host, and may attract extra charges.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas such as balcony and backyard. Damages resulting from smoking within the apartment will attract repair charges or caution fees forfeiture.
Movement or repositioning of furniture is not permitted. Decorations involving nails, tapes, adhesives, or materials attached to walls or ceilings are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Children are allowed under parental or guardian supervision. Pets are not allowed.
The caution deposit is refunded within 24 hours after check out, provided no damages, missing items, or violations of house rules are recorded. Any costs arising from damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or breaches of the property's policies will be deducted from the caution deposit. Where damages or losses exceed the caution deposit, guests will be required to pay the outstanding balance.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours of booking where the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund applies to cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refund applies to cancellations made less than 7 days before check in.
