Check in 2PM, Check out 12 Noon. Late Check out After 12 Noon to 4PM attracts 50% of room charge, after 4PM 100% Room charge.
All verbal reservations without payment are unconfirmed reservations. All confirmed bookings cancelled on the fate of arrival will be fully charged. Pets not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, we have reserved spots for smoking exclusively.
A guest is eligible to cancel booking up to 24hrs before check in day but depending on the room booked hence the cancellation prices for each room then the rest amount is refunded and a case of total absenteeism after booking without prior notice at all, booking is voided.
