Stino Hotel

Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 12 noon. Late check out after 12 noon attracts 50% of room cost and 100% after 6pm. Cancel 48 hours prior to check in date to avoid a penalty charge of first night of stay. In the event of a non-arrival  which is a No Show, the first night of all the rooms booked will be charged at 100%.

Rate is inclusive of 7.5% VAT and 10% Service Charge.

All Rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking in a room will result in a N100,000 fine for 1st offence, while guest shall be evicted or checked out on 2nd offence without refund.

Food, drinks and snacks are not allowed into the hotel premises.

If you are an in house guest and decide to shorten your stay, you must inform Stino Hotel at least 24 hours before check out. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of one night accommodation per room booked.

Last minute bookings made through Online Travel Agencies, on the day of arrival are non-refundable and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

On check in, we require a government valid ID such as International Passport, National ID Card, Drivers License, or Permanent Voters Card. Any of these will be required at check in.

Complimentary Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am on all days of the week in the restaurant. All guests are expected to come down to the restaurant for their breakfast.

The gym and swimming pool shall be used free by in house guests. Visitors of the guest who wishes to use the gym or swimming pool shall pay the published rate accordingly.

For your security, a personal safe is provided in each room for the safe keeping of your valuables. Money, jewels and other valuables should be kept in the safe provided, as Stino Hotel and management shall not accept any liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto.

Guests shall be required to pay for the loss or damage of key cards.

Pets are not allowed into the hotel premises. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Our single rooms accept a maximum of 2 Adults or 1 adult and 2 children, while our suites accept 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Children in this context are below the ages of 12.

Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any persons for whom they are responsible.

The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
