Check-in: 12 noon, Check-out: Before 12 noon. Children/babies Allowed. No smoking in rooms. Cash payments or card payments: Accepted. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate. No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate, and the remaining reservation may be cancelled. Long Stay Reservations (7 Nights or More): Reservations for 7 nights or more may require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Late cancellations may incur a charge of up to two nights’ room rate. Early Departure: Guests who depart earlier than their confirmed departure date may be charged one night’s room rate, subject to management discretion. Pets are not permitted in the hotel. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. All reservations must be confirmed a valid payment method, such as a credit/debit card, bank transfer. Room availability must be confirmed prior to confirming guests reservation.
