Check-in time: 3pm, Check-out time: 12pm. The rooms are free for children under 13. This only applies when the room is booked with a parent/guardian. There is a maximum of 2 guests per room for the standard rooms (Sojourn, Tranquil, Harmony, Serenity) and a maximum of 3 guests per room for the suites (Narrative, Odyssey and Tidé Signature). No pets allowed (except on request). All rooms have a no smoking policy and failure to comply would attract a charge of the room rate and with immediate check-out. Card payments are accepted. Tidé Hotels & Resorts Booking and Cancellation Policy: 1. A reservation made via email, website, phone or in-person to use THR services is not confirmed until full payment has been made. Rooms are made available for bookings from 2pm on arrival and at 12pm on departure day. 2. Last minute cancellation should not be refunded. Considering when a cancellation is made via website, email or phone, refunds should only take 5-14 working days. If in the course of stay a customer decides to shorten it, THR must be informed at least 24 hours before checkout, else a charge of one-night accommodation fee. A partial refund may be made in case of a quick notice. 3. For every Customer coming to stay at the hotel, at Check-ins, a valid ID card should be presented depending on the Legal instruction from the authorities of the country. 4. For early Check-in and Late check-out, the guest should be charged the fee of an extra day. 5. For no-shows and late cancellations, for non-cancelable reservation, reservations will be charged for the total amount of the stay. For a reservation with a flexible cancellation policy, we will charge the amount for the first night or 75% or 90% of the total cost of stay.
