Full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, POS. Cancellation and Refunds: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows may result in a charges. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 2-3 business days. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas; a penalty applies for smoking inside the hotel rooms. Illegal activities (including drugs or weapons) are strictly prohibited. The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to use the in-room storage or request assistance for safekeeping valuables. Children are allowed.
