My stay at the hotel was nothing to write home about.The hotel was not up to standard. I was not comfortable with the room, the toilet and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The services rendered were not satisfying. I would never visit this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay, I did not even go out at all because everywhere was so relaxing and comfortable. The staff really tried their best and everything went fine.

City Capitol is a beautiful and lovely place to be, power supply was uninterrupted and water was available throughout my stay. The hotel had excellent customer service, the staff were quick to respond to all need. It was great!!

Honestly speaking, I am satisfied with everything at the hotel. On the scale of 1 to 10, I will rate them 9. The staff were wonderful and accommodating, always at my service. The room service was excellent, my room was clean, well arranged and all the necessary things in the rest room were provided. This hotel is highly recommendable.

My stay at the hotel was very fine, the room was neat, power and water supply was uninterrupted, excellent customer service and security of life and property at the hotel was guaranteed. I was very comfortable. I would love to use the hotel again.

The hotel had nice customer service and the manager was very polite. He made sure that all my questions were answered with a warm smile. The front desk person was fun to talk to, and ready to listen to me whenever I addressed her.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. Checking-in was timely, the staff were accommodating and the reception I had was warm. The first room I was given was a bit small but the other room I upgraded to was comfortable. The environment of the hotel was serene and cool.

I had a good time at the hotel, lots of side attractions the room was well furnished with lovely tiles on the ground that were shinning bright and sparkling clean. I deeply regret that I only had to spend one night at the hotel.
