My stay at the hotel was nice, although we had little issues while checking in, because the hotel attendants couldn't find our reservation which we made online. Our stay at the hotel eventually turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food from the hotel was okay although I wanted African dishes where was not provided, but it wasn't so bad either. The hotel bar had varieties of drinks, my room was very comfortable although some of the furniture were already looking old. The hotel had a swimming pool which was very clean, a cyber cafe and most importantly, the hotel was properly secured.

This hotel's management is very bad, they hardly swept my room while I was there and the bathroom was bad. No shower. Even when they had to bring a bucket of water for me to bathe, they brought it in a dirty bucket. It was a terrible one. This is not an acceptable way to run a hotel. The management really needs to look into the situation and effect repairs and maintenance all around.

It was manageable, the room I got first had a bad AC so I had to use fan, when the room got too hot I asked for another room the next day. It's a beautiful place but almost all the facilities had one problem or the other, my stay would have been great if there was good power supply or a generator with less issue but all the same it was okay.

The hotel is okay and also the customer service was okay but it will be better if they always make sure all the rooms are clean and tidy and they should have a better internet service in order to be aware if a customer had made a reservation earlier so there won\'t be that kind of situation whereby the customer will have to make another booking when he/she gets to the hotel
