Reviews of Hotel Interconnect

I went there to celebrate a special occasion. First, my bath didn't have water. Second, the TV didn't have any channels showing. The receptionist on duty was courteous and helpful, but the manager was an irritant. I checked in by 8 pm. Had to abandon the entire facility by 11 pm when they were unable to get me a functional room. I asked for a refund as I didn't use the room. I was rather given a harsh response. Went home disappointed in the entire decision to spend the night at a hotel. Money wasted. I wrote them a letter which was ignored.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. They environment was not neat and the staffs are very rude.

The staff at the reception were really nice as oppose to the support staff who were not so friendly and helpful. Also my meal was mixed up a number of times and the towel was not so clean as it should be. Apart from these, every other thing was okay and without any complain.

The customer service here is 100%. This hotel knows exactly what customer service means. The staff are attentive, helpful and caring. Centrally located in a prime area close to banks, market and more. The security is up to par, and the amenities are good there is free WiFi, gym and pool.

This is a very neat hotel, with amazing customer service, good amenities (internet, gym and pool) and very good location. Central to markets banks and other commercial facilities

I am Chinese and I usually visit Nigeria, because my wife is from Nigeria and her family live in Abuja. We'ave had a lot of experience that were not very favorable during our last stay in a different hotel but after going to hotel Interconnect our experience was different. The have a good restaurant with a detailed menu, pool and gym also a bar outback. It is very close to banks, supermarket and hospital (had to get anti malaria drugs). PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100 percent. We enjoyed our stay.

I want to say thank you to the hotel for all they did for my business partners and I. We rented 12 rooms for a business conference and it was all good. Good breakfast, safe environment and the hotel is close to the international bank.

I love this hotel. Great staff, good breakfast, excellent size rooms and great location, we just walked everywhere! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was warm, Staff were so helpful. Rooms kept spotless. The environment generally is very lovely, calm and neat. I enjoyed the meals so much, The food was just so nice. Above all, this hotel is highly secured. I would definitely come back.

Your hotel was really nice but not like to what I imagined, may be I wanted a better standard or something better, but it was great and I must commend your customer service, its very good, when ever I made a complain it was taken care which made me like your hotel more, even if some facilities were not working too well. Your hotel is very good so I will advice that you change some facilities to the modern one and fix the old one.

A friend told me about your hotel, that your hotel is nice and your service are fast. When I checked in I realised your hotel is not only nice but a place to be. The rooms were big and clean, the staff were welcoming and the food menu had so many nice meals to choose from. It was really great and am coming back very soon.
