The environment is not conducive for me, no security and poor services, I could not stay.

My stay was boring. No TV and the fan had no regulator for high or low. I had to manage the room though

I did not enjoy my stay, I had to check out on the same day, because the room was dirty and small. The toilet facility was bad.

Poor costumer service, no mobile phones to communicate with the reception.

Stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor in this hotel and it was nothing but a horrible experience. The bed sheet was stained, the room was not tidy, to my disgust I even found used condoms, empty water plastic bottles as well as sweet wraps underneath the bed while trying to retrieve phone when it fell off the bed. Even the TV in the room was showing only one channel. The AC was struggling to deliver, there was no light in the toilet. The staff were quite unprofessional as they were making noise not minding their guests comfort.

I really enjoy my stay and the staff are respectful and friendly. The environment and room were very neat .

I never knew my stay in your hotel won't give me what I want. I lodged yesterday, the air-condition in the room wasn't working also with the television. I complaint about it to the lady at the reception she said she's on her way but until now no respond from her. So painful and I regretted of lodging in your hotel, I'll be checking out tomorrow but I won't come back here again. Thanks

The hotel is not bad but it is not totally good. I would rate the hotel and the services provided average. The customer service delivery was fair, the environment was fairly clean, the food was just okay. The hotel management can work towards being better.

The hotel has a lovely scenery, clean environment and large area for parking vehicles of guests. The rooms are lovely as well with cute paintings on the wall, I was given a warm reception by the staff, their food was so delicious. The environment was clean and quiet, I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was okay. It's a beautiful place and very nice too. All the complaints we made regarding the issues we had while we were there were attended to and everything went well. I'll say kudos to the management of the hotel.

The hotel's attendants are very considerate, well mannered and humble. The hotel environment was very beautiful, there was constant power supply, toiletries were also available, but the the air conditioning unit of the room was not functioning properly.

My stay at the hotel was good albeit brief. I checked out the following day after checking in. The staff were very understanding and came to my aid more than once. I hope to come over again and perhaps stay longer.

I spent almost a week in this hotel. While there, I made complaints about water close to 20 times. It seems they don't have provision for storing water, and also provision of water is conditioned on availability of power supply or generated power. This is something they need to improve upon...
