I love being comfortable anywhere I am. My stay at The Snug gave me the comfort I wanted. All the facilities stated when I made the reservation were made available. It is an experience I would love to have again.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. First, I was hoping to stay in a hotel with a working WiFi but theirs wasn't functioning. I booked the snug classic and it's not what I expected. The bed was really small and made an annoying squeaky noise. The room was damp and had a funny smell. The only plus is the location of the hotel. I believe I didn't get value for my money and I won't be hurrying back to this hotel.

The Snug hotel overall was an okay hotel. The rooms were fine and comfortable. The intercom however was not functional which made it impossible to make my requests over the phone. The environment wasn't exactly serene because of the places of interest around the hotel but it was manageable.

My stay was actually nice, the room was okay but then the bed sheet was very dirty. Every other facility was working quite well, the customer service and room service was also very nice, the environment was kept tidy and neat but the structures were quiet old. I enjoyed my stay but it can be better.

I am very pleased with the hotel's services and their facilities. They are always on point and never disappoint. I enjoyed the customer service of the hotel and they have not given me any reason to stop. The experience here is always awesome.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. There was constant power and water supply all through my stay. The staff were accommodating and responded to my needs swiftly. To crown it all, I had access to the internet all through. I'm happy I got real value for my money.

24hr electricity, small but neat and well arranged, great customer service, check in and check out was smooth. Infact simply "excellent value for your money"

The room was compact and had a small bed. The hotel's name gives it away, it's called 'The Snug.' I had some adjusting to do that night. I'll commend their services though, it was professional and very swift.

Wow! I love my experience at your hotel, short but beautiful, every thing was on point. Good customer service, uninterrupted power supply, good food and good internet connection. It's really a great place.

The room was nicely furnished with an air conditioning unit and a flat screen television set but the room size was small. The bathroom and toilet were properly cleaned and the services rendered were okay.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. The hotel's attendants were so nice and friendly, my room was conducive because the air conditioning unit functioned appropriately throughout my stay at the hotel. There was constant electricity and he environment was not bad.

I had a smooth check in because I made my reservation online, the hotel attendant was so friendly and welcoming. However I will like them to upgrade the standard of the facilities available at the hotel.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was super kind to me, very friendly, hospitable and polite. They made my stay a memorable one. The facilities provided were modern. The air conditioning unit in the room worked perfectly well. The bathroom and toilet was well equipped. The environment of the hotel was serene and clean. It was very easy locating the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The hotel was easy to locate, although it did not look like what I saw online. Checking in was swift, my room was neat and the air condition was working effectively. The only complain I had was the food which was not tasty at all. And also the telephone in my room was not working so I had to go all the way to the ground floor to get what ever I needed.

My stay at the hotel was fair enough, the staff service was perfect and the electricity ran 24hours. The facilities though will need renovations. Every other thing was awesome.

My stay at the hotel was bad. I practically did not like anything about the hotel, the location was very bad, they had no parking space, I had to park my car on the main road and also there were leakages in the bathroom. It was a really bad stay. Not looking forward to going back there.

The Snug hotel is a nice place to stay, the room was comfortable and neat.The bathroom was clean and water was available. The hotel had excellent customer service, their staff were hospitable and I really enjoyed their food, the food was tasty and affordable but the hotel was too noisy on Friday night. The music coming from the speakers of the club was so loud and I couldn't sleep until 4.am the following morning. I hope they can work on that.

My stay was okay at the hotel, there was electricity and power supply but they can still do better in their services.

The snug hotel isn't a bad place, it is quite okay. The rooms were spacious enough, the bathroom is neat.The only problem I have is the issue of power, there wasn't constant supply of light and the shower in the bathroom was running properly.

Though the hotel is not really a big one, they have very wonderful services and it was at the center of my activities while I was there. It was good to have a place that comfortable not far away from the places and events I had to be at during that period. I think it's a good place and I would recommend it.

The Snug is a nice hotel to stay at. I like how the place gets in the evenings, with the open bar and the music. My stay was okay at the hotel. I had some issues originally but they were resolved on time by the staff. Apart from that everything went well.

Awesome use of limited space. Please change the bed in 203. Also love the night club Dj was on point.

Your hotel is quite fair but I expected more from you. The room you reserved for me was not up to my standard. The bed was bad, the blanket was not smelling nice, there was no water to take my bath. I think this hotel needs a renovation too because the facilities looked old, also try and improve on your services. I complained about these things but nothing was done. The management of this hotel should try and put all these things into consideration.

Your hotel has got good structure but very bad customer service, there is no respect for customers at all, when u ordered for food its takes almost forever for the food to be ready and the Wifi is not connecting, Your hotel is very new so its should not having all this kinds of issues yet.

Though the hotel is small but service provided was really great. The staff were very accommodating and humble.
