I had a decent stay at the hotel, exquisite room with all I needed to feel at home. My only complain is that the restaurant closed too early before I could get any thing to eat for the night.

Almost everything at the hotel had one fault or the other. the hand shower was licking, meanwhile I requested for a room with a bathtub, the food was expensive and small although it was tasty, the AC in my room worked for a while and stopped later, the bed spread was not changed throughout my stay, the gym was very empty and looked more like a store. The attendant at the restaurant was very rude to me, but the bar was okay and the receptionist was also very cool.

There isn't a single thing I can place my finger on that your hotel is good at. It's almost unbelievable that I had to pay through my nose for such awful service. No toiletries, no towel, no light in the bathroom. I had to check out midway through my stay. Your services are really awful.

I had an unforgettable experience at your hotel, it was horrible in fact. Your hotel needs maintenance. Water wasn't readily available and there is no such thing as water heater. I am not sure what in the world will bring me back.

I was a given a room without a functioning shower. The tap was not even rushing well. There was no water heater either. The bathroom was not it at all. I don't know if it is just my room alone but my experience was just not good at all.

Your services at the hotel was very bad. I dialed a wrong number using the intercom and got insulted. Your staff needs proper orientation. I could not stand it anymore and had to check out after spending two nights less than I planned.

I had a very horrible stay at Dixie Suites, the service was generally poor experience for me. Water supply was on and off throughout the stay. My bed spread looks unwashed, I doubt if they change the bedspread regularly. There was no constant power supply, toiletries was not provided and the bathroom was dirty, in fact the room was totally dirty and all their facilities was not working well. They need to work on all these to improve their service quality.

My stay at the hotel was horrible. I hoped for a very good hotel due to the cost of the room but it was totally horrible. The door to the apartment was bad and could not be opened from inside, also the doors in the apartment were very bad also. The air conditioner in the living room was not working which was terrible, the room was always hot. I really hope the hotel improve on their facilities.

My stay was okay and I was impressed with the excellent Customer Service Quality, the room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Water and Power Supply was available, I enjoyed the meals and it was delicious, the hotel location was a perfect place for my work. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

I came in from England in Dec 2014, stayed at this guest house for 3 weeks. The service was excellent, comparable to most 5 star hotels globally and I have stayed at a few in Europe, Asia and the USA. They have a very friendly team, they respond to your every need, very polite. A clean and safe place to stay. When they cannot supply your needs they were always eager to give you information on what to do in Lagos. It was truly a home from home feeling we all had. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone, can't wait to come back to Lagos and enjoy the facilities again.
