Reviews of Bayview Resorts and Hotels Owerri

My first time of lodging in Bay View Hotel was 2014, the treat and hospitality was excellent. Visited again in June 2019, to my surprise this Hotel still maintain the nice meal, cleanliness. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. AC is working well. I salute the management of Bay View and I using this opportunity to encourage them to keep the good work.

Firstly I must thank the management of Bayview for cleanness and good services provided while I was with them in October 2018. However, this is one of the hotels in Owerri where comfort is absolutely impossible. For example, the room AC makes noise like the small generators and it is impossible to have good sleep in this condition, unless you turn it off. Another problem with this hotel is the gym, which they claimed has all the latest and functional equipment. However, to my surprise, they have only one functional thread mill equipment and no AC in the gym room. The walls in the gym room are peeling off, with stinking smell. The saddest part of it all, was that I found a cockroach in the bathroom coming from a hole around bath edges. It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. I tried to add pictures to prove my point but the system is not accepting it.

The hotel is a good one. I really had a nice time there and I was really comfortable. The hotel takes special care to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The staff are really nice and friendly, the room was clean and the bathroom was also very clean. The atmosphere there was generally peaceful and there was nothing to complain about. I had a good stay.
