Reviews of Emerald Cove Hotel

Hotel staff is rude, they never come clean your room till you call them, they never serve complimentary breakfast till you call them…worse is they keep acting confused..I slept 3 nights there and one day they know I’m entitled to complimentary and the next they don’t know. Also having paid for two nights the last night they kept calling and harassing to get payments..yet they had no POS and I had to go out to look for ATM and get cash! Overall experience for me is nasty.

I had a great time at the hotel, although it was short, the customer service was excellent and the meals were delicious. It's a place that I will be coming back to very soon with my friends so they can enjoy the awesome service you render.
