My experience at down town was very bad. There was no power supply all through my stay

The hotel is a nice place and I must say that I enjoyed my time there. The room was well cleaned and the facilities there worked pretty well. I was not too comfortable with the bathroom though, because it had a foul smell. Overall, It was a good stay. The customer service was excellent. I would give a seven over ten rating to the hotel.

I had a really good time at the hotel. I was well received by the staff; they were nice, friendly and efficient. The environment was serene. The services rendered were good and experienced no challenges. I look forward to another visit soon.
