I upgraded at the hotel because the room I checked into was terrible. The new room was bad as well, the toilet was disgusting, water heater not working, I had to manage for the night.

The hotel has about everything going for it. The location is serene and amenities are top notch. I have actually had repeated visits and the standard is still high. I'll recommend it for anyone who wishes to stay within Karu axis.

The place was very decent with 24 hours power supply, the food is nice and I enjoyed every meal served at the hotel. The environment was very quiet and there was a large parking space for vehicles to be parked in. The security was relatively tight.

I was touched by the hospitality I received from the staff at the hotel, it was impeccable. The staff were caring and respectful. The hotel had a very serene and clean environment. I was pleased with my stay at the hotel.

I paid for a night at first so I could check out the place but I eventually stayed for a total of four days. I honestly didn't have a reason to move to another hotel because I was quite comfortable there. The distance to town too isn't that far. It wasn't bad at all. Especially for the price. Also, it is not hard to locate, once I mention CBN Quarters. The room I stayed in was a bit small, but I didn't mind because that was the cheapest they had, and I was alone. The rooms were clean, the AC was working, the water heater working OK. The only issue I had was that the wall of the room I lodged in needs to be repainted, and a section of the lobby which is water soaked needs to be painted over too. All in all, great value for money. Neat and quiet. And the staff at the reception were very polite.

I traveled with my family and we enjoyed it. Albeit my room's toilet was leaking which was fixed. The staff were very nice especially the kitchen staff who were very courteous and polite.

The hotel is nice and my stay was an okay stay. Nothing extraordinary about the place, to be honest, but at the same time, nothing went wrong. They're okay and the quality of their services was good enough for me.
