The room is very small, no table, no wardrobe and no fridge

I wasn't wrong about my decision, great reception and the hotel is super clean, light was stable throughout as I stayed for 2days. I will definitely go back anytime I'm in Ibadan for work. The WiFi was bad but it wasn't a problem because I had my WiFi and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Towels were so clean and new too, hot water 100% , No funny smell of smoking in the room too. It's was a nice experience.

Very Serene environment. Off location but close to key areas like Ring Road, Shop rite and Challenge. The WiFi was terrible. Courteous staff and prompt service.

I have been to several hotels but my experience at Academy suite was fantastic, from the gate man to the receptionist and other workers were superb. The environment is clean and neat, 24 hours light. The hotel is a good place to be. I will still go back.

The hotel has beautiful interior. The bed was so comfortable with very clean sheets. The hotel was easy to locate and the security was efficient. I got good value for my money. It is a place I will be pleased to visit again.

Words cannot express how much I have enjoyed my stay here. I am currently spending more days just because the power supply is constant. The staff are well trained and proficient in English Language. The room I am currently staying is neat and the air conditioning unit is noiseless. Kudos!

I had a fair stay at the hotel. I did not experience anything extraordinary, though power supply and water was regular. I was treated very well by the staff. My room was neat and comfortable. That is all that matters to me. Keep it up guys.

Academy Suites was the perfect place to be, the hotel was comfortable and calm. My room was neat, air conditioning unit was working well, water and power supply was available. Toiletries were available too, clean towel was provided and everywhere was very neat. I hope to use the hotel again soon

I liked the location of your hotel, it is strategic and the scenery is equally very impressive. The water looked very clean too and it was steady throughout my stay. You prepare very decent food too. It is better than most meals you get at a hotel. Your hotel is just fantastic!

My stay at the hotel was not enjoyable. I had to check out the next day with my guest. The room was not modernly furnished. The bed was not wide enough and there was no intercom in the room. But the staff attended to me well and they were kind.

When I checked in I noticed unused sachets of chocolate and milk powder that was probably left by the guest before me. I had to call it to their attention to take those items away. I liked the strategy behind your putting bibles and Koran in every room though, I found it useful. You may also want to include a kettle for those who decide to do ablution. Also, I noticed you have an enormous parking space. It is possible you create a little corner in it for any who decides to pray outside. This is my view though.

I have been at your hotel multiple times in the past. For me, there is nothing special about using a hotel, it’s just to spend the night and wake up the next day, I am that simple. I liked your power is very steady and it is close to area for the function I attend. I must say your service is commendable too.

Finding this hotel was pretty difficult though but on getting to the hotel the warm welcome I received made me forget my sorrows. Looking at the environment wow!! I'm really short of words it was beautiful then my room neatly decorated with flower I was so astonished. I tested all the appliances in the room and there were all working fine. This hotel is highly endowed with good staff I must say. In fact I was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave on my check out date. I will recommend this hotel to families and friend. in the scale of 1 - 10 I rate 9.

My stay at Academy Suites was really a nice one, its a very wonderful experience, the place is very beautiful and welcoming and the staff was nice. Though my stay was short but with great memory, The meals was very delicious The bathroom was neat with working facilities including toiletries.I will advice the hotel to improve in the aspect of providing more meals in the food menu to choose from. Lastly their security service on point.
