Dafed hotel, the worst ever

This hotel is the worst of all hotels I have lodged in recent times. My brother and I got to the hotel on the evening of Sunday 22nd November 2020. The lady who checked us in only pretended to be the receptionist but to our utmost surprise, the hotel has no staff. Our key got stolen and the hotel could not provide a spare key. I had a horrible night. We to sleep over an empty room. This is the worst.
