I enjoyed my stay, the ambience is amazing and serene

The customer service was bad. The hotel was just manageable.

Terrible place to stay, almost zero value for money paid. No toiletries, I practically beg for them. The bed was in terrible condition. The bathroom wasn’t clean , the sheets weren’t clean either. Honestly I expected something positive but I was let down heavily to my own utmost surprise. I’m definitely not returning to this place.

I stayed at the hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. My check in and check out were seamless.The staff were nice and friendly. The room was okay and comfortable to stay in. I would rate the hotel averagely for the services rendered to me there.

I did not enjoy y stay at the hotel at all. There were no basic necessities required of every hotel room available,the customer service is poor, the facilities were not in good condition. Everything is just horrible!!!
