It's really a refreshing experience to use a hotel and not be appalled by what you get to experience but to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Thankfully, that was what I got at your hotel and I left feeling impressed by the quality of your services.

Their services were bad. I had a very bad stay. Electricity was not regular , I was very hot and uncomfortable most of the time. The food was not impressive. The room was not that clean. The staff were evidently unruly. I hope they will improve on their services.

The hotel is not worth a penny, it is not nice

Customer service is poor. I waited for food to be served but there was none.

The AC did not work, the customer support was very poor.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, their staff were wonderful people.The hotel was clean and beautiful but the hotel's facilities are not okay at all. They really need to work on their facilities, my toilets door handle was bad, the television set in my room was ancient and faulty.
