I did not stay because the place was horrible, smelling, and not even a good place, dirty and looking lonely/empty.

The place was very lovely, the services and every other thing was okay.

I’m honestly not impressed with this hotel condition. I was sad and disappointed because it looked totally worse compared to what I saw online. Executive Deluxe I booked for was horrible, I upgraded to Super Deluxe to my greatest surprise it was way worse. I couldn't shower because the shower isn't working (Just a bucket and a bowl in there) and the toilet is really in a bad condition, too much mosquitoes everywhere in the room, we couldn't sleep due to the loud music. I had to just stay in the "Super Deluxe" room for a night because I was extremely exhausted after a long trip.

My stay was okay but the food was terrible. Their response time at the restaurant was very poor, meals were not delicious.

Maybe I am loyal to your hotel to the point that you can't go wrong but I have used your hotel severally and every time I have a good review. I must admit you are doing a lot of things right at your hotel. Keep up the good work and I won't cease patronizing you.

My stay at the hotel was great, I enjoyed every minute I used at the hotel. The hotel was neat and the room was clean and comfortable. I hope to use the hotel again.

The hotel is not that bad but it could be better, they need to pay serious attention to maintenance and cleanliness of their rooms. The room had a funny smell, the toilet wasn't clean it had stains.The food was affordable and delicious.

My stay was okay, but the place had a terrible smell. Something has to be done about the smell.
