Very okay and a peaceful stay.

That place is different from what is online. It is not worthy.

The toilet and the bathroom are not en-suite and that's bad. The room was okay though.

It was a terrible experience, every body on the row shared one toilet and it was disgusting.

The room I was given was a cubicle. It was not a good stay. I was disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a comfortable room, room service was cool.

My stay was not worth it. The hotel's management need to upgrade their services. The hotel was not comfortable, my room was smelling, they were a lot of mosquitoes. The toilet was dirty, it was outside and it is been shared with another guest.

I would say that my stay at the hotel was okay. I was well received by the staff. Although, the kitchen staff were quite slow to deliver orders to my room and the food served was not so good. The room was clean and the facilities worked well. The hospitality was perfect. It was only the food served that I did not enjoy there.

I had a good stay at the hotel. I did not have any issues at check in and check out. The environment was nice and cool. The room was well cleaned. All the available facilities worked well. It is a nine over ten for me.

The rooms are comfy and clean, well air conditioned and cozy. Their customer service is commendable, seamless checking in and out. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pocket-friendly lodge in the town. And I must also commend the services of Hotel.ng. A friend recommended it to me and I can testify to that now, they took care of everything, calling to check on my progress and make the booking smooth and easy for me.

My stay was pretty nice. My check in was smooth. Customer Service from the staff was good as I was well attended to. The room I checked into was good, the bed was comfortable, facilities were in good condition. I had a great stay at the hotel.

The room was reasonably tidy with a very big bed that I slept in comfortably. It felt just right, the facilities in the room worked perfectly. The staff and management did a great job putting everything together for me and the other guests.

The hotel was okay, their customer service was great. The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaner comes every morning to clean my room and change the bed spread. Electricity was constant and I was comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel is void of any serenity. Even at the dead of night, you can still hear people chattering. The noise made me uncomfortable. If absolutely cannot joke with your peace you should consider avoiding this hotel.

Well, I had a good stay at the Hotel. I wanted a place to relax with the AC working and I got it. However, the Hotel is old and they could make do with some renovations. The heater was also not working.

The hotel is really not good, Because the pictures posted on the site are nothing compared to what is really at the hotel. There was no power and it took about 1-2 days before it was fixed. A lot of basic things at the hotel were not working and that was really annoying.

This hotel is just awesome. The staff were customer friendly and always ready to help, calm environment, good security too.The rooms are big enough, the bed was comfortable and I had no complaints throughout my stay. I recommend them to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay at in Abuja.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, i had to extend my stay by another night because the service and hotel was awesome.

The building is relatively new and the room I stayed at - Royale - was fresh, clean and comfortable. Their complementary breakfast was light but okay, considering the room rate. I was a bit concerned about the previous comments I read about the hotel but I didn't experience such, as the power supply was steady and A.Cs were working perfectly well. It's a win for me and I will definitely come back.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and the reception was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good for the money spent.

The customer service at the hotel was awesome. I was attended to promptly whenever I called on the staff and they were very friendly. I only complained about the security because I didn't see any uniformed person around, but I was assured that everything would be fine, and it was fine till I checked out.

Despite my short stay, there was no electricity at all. services was fair anyways, but maintenance and facilities has to be looked into asap
