It wasn't a good experience, I was beaten by mosquito. They was nothing fantastic about the rooms, the food was horrible, it was over spicy. My stay was not fantastic

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. I was given a very beautiful room at the left corner on the first floor of the hotel which I really liked because I wanted to stay away from the noise from people in the hotel. There was 24 hours electricity, the room service was always within reasonable time, the meal I purchased at the hotel was great. In all, It was a pleasing stay at Utopia Suites And Apartment.

My stay was okay. Checking in and checking out went smoothly. I didnt like the state in which I met the room I was given. I think the place was fumigated on the morning of my check - in and the smell of the exercise was all over and choking so much that I could not sleep well that night. As a result of this, I did not enjoy my stay there and I had to leave early the next morning. Regardless, the hotel is a good one.

The hotel can go down as the worst hotel I have used without contest. Everywhere was untidy and the staff were totally disorganized. The hotel is run more like a family affair and the whole thing was appalling. I only stayed because of how late I got to Enugu, I know a number of better hotels but it would not have been convenient trying to locate them. As you would expect, I checked out first thing the next day.

The TV was not clear and the AC not working

The environment of the hotel was very serene and clean. I had a nice time except that their meals were not tasty.

The rooms are neat though small. I think the hotel is overpriced now. The road to the hotel is dusty.

My stay at the hotel was a memorable one ,the hotel was beautiful,clean and I was warmly welcomed by the staff .The hotel responded to all my needs and those that were initially not available were attended to, The rooms were neat and comfortable, the only issue I had was the power supply. I think that should be improved by the hotel.

Everything went well during my stay at the hotel,The only problem I had during my stay is that there wasn't a clean towel and bathroom slippers in the room.They need to pay attention to details and be efficient.

My stay at the hotel was beautiful, the receptionist was very welcoming and charming. I had a pool to relax, my room was really comfortable and the food was amazing. I even spent more days there than anticipated. They have excellent staff service. And the rooms aren’t even expensive for the type of comfort gotten there. They are honestly doing a good job.
