My stay at the hotel was awesome but the WIFI wasn't functioning well and the bathroom drainage of the room I stayed was bad. Above all, my stay at your hotel was wonderful and I hope you work on your facilities please.

Precinct Comfort is a very nice place, I enjoyed my stay very much and I think they are a very nice hotel. If you can improvement in these areas I think you can be better. Firstly, you barely have sufficient parking space. I had a little difficulty finding where to park. Secondly, the hotel was a little difficult to find, I am not sure what you can do to make it more accessible but it will be too good. Besides this I really enjoyed the quality of service you render, I think you are awesome!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was very nice and neat. The room was well furnished with a clean restroom that has adequate toiletries. I want to say a big thank you to the staff and management for making my stay a pleasurable one.

Staying at your hotel was really great, the service was good and the lady at the reception had a very beautiful smile, I like the fact that the television set had many channels to choose from. And I must say the laundry man was very neat and fast, I gave him my clothes at about seven in the morning and it was returned before nine that same morning, I will always come around any time I need a hotel in Lagos because your service was good.

It was great. The staff were nice, the service was wonderful and the nights I spent was remarkable. Spending those nights were very relaxing, because there is so much traffic in Lagos and to go back to nice and welcoming environment made it better. My meals orders was always done very fast, like the lady in the kitchen always knew that I was hungry. It's a place I will always check into any time I'm in Lagos.

It was really nice and had a lot of wonderful people around. The receptionist was very nice and did her job in very professional. From clean environment, to great meals and wonderful people, I think I liked the people the most because of the high level of service given.

I was not so pleased when I got to this hotel. First of all, the hotel was nothing like the pictures on the website. Getting to my room, I was shocked to see my room like a cubicle and the AC was not working. The standard room I requested for was not worth it so I had to request for a change. I only stayed there because it was close to where I had an event and there was nothing I could do about it. Please improve.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, I love their services. My room was kept neat and their staff were ready to attend to my needs. Water and power supply was available throughout my stay, food was delicious and affordable too. I am just totally impressed with the management of the hotel and I will rate them 9/10.

I did have a swell time in this hotel. All their facilities were in good working condition and I had absolutely no reason not to return again.

I had a nice time at the hotel, though I had a bit of a problem with the shower but it was fixed when I complained. Every other thing worked fine and I enjoyed my night there greatly.

It was just fair, the room I stayed in had no window, the water in your hotel is regulated with the power supply so in case someone is bathing and the power goes off the person will either look for another way to get water or just clean up like that. Imagine if you have no bathed before the light goes off then no bathing and why did I have to beg before my room was cleaned. Your hotel is good with bad service.

I had a nice, cool and fantastic stay at the hotel and a warm welcome reception. The room was clean and the bathing room facilities were all functional. Their meal was delicious and affordable. It had a perfect location for my work.

My stay at the Precinct Comfort Service was nice. I enjoyed every bit of my stay from the reception to the room, to having a nice bath and having nice meals, to sleeping at night in peace knowing the hotel has a maximum security. It was just awesome there, looking forward to returning.

This is my best stay ever in any since I have been visiting Nigeria. I enjoyed my stay and all facilities was up to standard and the staffs are very courteous and helpful. I have no doubt that I will always use this hotel for my subsequent visits.

Precinct Comfort Service is a wonderful place to stay and chill, the environment is beautiful and very clean. The rooms were well organized, the bed was well arranged with enough pillows to give me the much needed comfort for a good night's rest

It was just a regular stay. There was no issue what so ever during my stay at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The services rendered at the hotel were very professional. The room was very comfortable and I had the necessary toiletries at my disposal.

The hotel facilities are good but it was not that fantastic. The position of the AC in the room wasn't good at all. That should be looked into. They could definitely improve.

The food, drinks and lodging is at an affordable price. Absolute comfort,peace and serenity. I have stayed in the three branches,Ikoyi,Yaba and Surulere. My money was worth it .
