This hotel is fantastic in terms of their services and facilities, the stair case is too much and there is no lift. However I enjoyed every moment there.

My stay at the hotel was a good one. I encountered no issues checking in and out of the place. The environment was cool and welcoming with good customer services. The room I stayed in was well cleaned and the bathroom was also properly maintained. All the facilities available worked quite well and there was constant water and power supply. I would give a seven over ten rating.

I am impressed with the staff and the hotel's management. The reception I got on arrival is warm and very professional. The room is very beautiful, clean bed sheet and clean towels. The facilities are very standard and functioning with great service delivery.

My stay was ok, the room was very nice. Although, they need to work on their bed as it makes a squeaky and annoying noise. The staff were very friendly and perform well with services. It's really a great place to stay for the budget.

My stay at this hotel was really bad. So many complaints. The room had a really bad smell although an air freshener was provided, it did nothing for the smell. The environment was really rowdy. The service was so poor and I was very unimpressed with the staff. Last but not least, breakfast was served really late and even when it was served, the food was nothing to write home about.

De-Castle Luxury Home has a beautiful and serene environment. I had a warm reception on arrival at the hotel and my room was also clean. Water, power supply was available and the power was uninterrupted and all facilities were provided. I was very impressed with their services.

Nice hotel staff. The shower heater takes a longer time to pick up though and the cooling system kept tripping on and off. We also had issues with our light but it was rectified immediately and I was impressed. My experience would have been much more perfect if I could have used the WiFi and if one was served a complementary breakfast. The staff were wonderful and locating the place was not difficult. The environment is habitable and secure.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, when I was checking in I paid for one night with the intention of checking into another hotel if I was not comfortable but I'm glam to say that I was very comfortable and impressed with the service and facilities at your hotel just had a little problem with the mail, the kitchen either needs a person who will understand that different customer with what eat, some less pepper while so don't, that the only problem I had, every other thing was good.

Wow, I really enjoyed myself, it was relaxing and help to calm me after so much stress at work, your hotel service was great, with neat environment. My room was cleaned up every morning even before I asked, and the meals were prepared fast and also very delicious. Every minute experience was nice.

The hotel gave me a very good hospitality, it was just perfect. I enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to check back some other time. Thank you

It was very good. No trouble at all.

The rooms are old and the Air conditioner in the Room i stayed was not working and it was not funny at all,but apart from that the hotel was okay.

The staffs at the hotel are very dishonest,they were always trying to play smart,when i order for something they would refuse to give me my receipt when am finally given i realise that the amount on the receipt is totally different from what they actually told me,and the electricity was not constant,they were changing over at intervals.

Food is good and environment is nice. But staff response to guest call is very poor. When you placed an order it will take more than hours to respond and at times they might forget.

The environment, room, services and security I think they are quite good by Nigeria standard. I think I can rate them 70% because I was satisfied. If I see someone that wants to lodge here, I will encourage the person to do so knowing that the person can get maximum satisfaction.

The hotel is fair for the price. I was satisfied with the services provided, the staff were willing to help and very humble.

The location of this hotel was perfect and the environment was very neat and conducive. The staff were very cordial and the food they served tasted great. But the only challenge was that their internet service was very poor.

Wow this hotel was superb, very clean environment and the staff were up to the standard, room given to me was comfortable.

It was a good experience. I had only one problem and that was with the delivery of the food. I ordered food and it was delivered late. But asides that every other service was okay and I had a restful stay.

We spent 11 days with my children at the hotel, and some of them for the first time in Nigeria. Security was excellent and food at the restaurant meets the international standards. The rooms were great and spacious, but the mattresses were very hard. The children had a lot of inserts bites from maybe bedbugs. The front desk was very responsive to all our needs. Wifi was problematic.
