My stay at Eko Hotel was not really cool for me. The staff I encountered were not as friendly as I expected. It is a nice hotel all the same.

I had a nice time at the hotel. The staff are very homely and professional. The customer service is awesome including the service delivery. The facilities worked perfectly fine. It was a good run for my money.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My check in and check out were seamless. The food was nicely made, the reception I received was great, the environment had a good ambiance. In all, I will rate the hotel a seven over ten.

I spent one week at the hotel and I totally enjoyed my stay there. The hotel has a password protected safe box for keeping valuables. On three occasions, I unintentionally left my money outside the box, stepped out for a long time, came back and met it just as I had left it. When I eventually checked out, I forgot a 1TB External Hard Drive, I called back after 3 days. Guess what? They found it and kept it for me. The housekeepers worked really hard to keep my room clean/tidy. If you have the money, please patronize Eko Hotels and Suites. It is a nice place to stay

The hotel had poor customer service, they were very slow and reluctant to help with any problem I brought to their notice. I don't think the hotel deserve any rating from me.

My stay at the hotel was not splendid as expected. The room was not clean and there was a cockroach in the corner of the room. The staff are trying their best but they are just too busy to attend well to their guests. The hotel had a very good environment conducive for relaxation which I really liked.

The service of the hotel was good but the air condition was not in good condition - I could not regulate it and caught a cold as a result of that. Also I did not see any reason why the hotel should charge extra for WiFi and other facilities because other hotels don’t do that.

Everybody knows Eko hotel is a very expensive hotel, expectations will always be that everything will be up to standard. They actually met my expectation, but it would be nicer if they can change their towels more regularly.

I enjoyed my stayed at your hotel, the hotel is very classic. The only challenge I had were with rates as such I couldn't stay long as planned. by the way, Eko Hotel is an amazing place.

I made the booking on behalf of my sister who is from cote d'ivoire, and i told her that this is the best hotel in Nigeria. She wasn't really impressed with there facilities, she has been to different hotels in Africa and expected more in Nigeria.

I must confess that I am so displeased with the service I received. I had interrupted service for almost every 5 minutes. The room service that kept knocking on my door was a disaster. One even had to enter after knocking 3 times without invitation or notice as room service while I was dressing up ( to put it mildly). It was horrible.
