Reviews of South Asia Hotel

I stayed at the hotel but really, it was not in any way up to the required standards. The service delivery was not exceptional and the air conditioner in my room did not work.

My stay is average at the hotel, they need to improve on their maintenance habit because I was given a wet towel which I complained about. There wasnt water, they tried in terms of providing constant power supply though. More hands needs to be on deck in the managerial aspect so as to manage the facilities well

I dint really enjoy my stay there because the reception that was given to me was not too good with me. Then some of the facilities like the bathroom and toilet were not in good condition, surrounded with alot of mosquitoes.please kindly look into this has adjustments should be made as soon as possible. thank you

I did not enjoyed my stay at your hotel as there was no waste bin in the room, no good water system and room was filled with lots of mosquitoes

The hotel was okay, The room was okay but a little bit obsolete, the food was fabulous, the aircondition was very bad, the bathroom was okay, the air circulator was not working so it was choking but every other thing else was okay

I was not satisfied with the receptionist. When I got there, the person on the front desk was sleeping; I had to try to get his attention because nobody else was there to attend to me. In all, their reception was very poor. The room was just accommodating and manageable. Their bath room is not up to standard, I just managed my stay.
