The hotel's management needs to refurbish the hotel inside out, the facilities also need to be improved. The air conditioning unit in the rooms were old and faulty, it needs to be changed. The staff were very slow to response and they were not professional.

There was both nice an unnice part of your hotel, the food was very nice and every facilities in my room was working, but the bed sheet was too old.

I did not like the fact that they was only one electrical switch in the room I was given and the TV was plugged in it so there was no way to charge my phone and laptop, I had to request several times before a extension plug was given to me. The staff response time was really slow and that reflected poorly on their quality of service.

I had a terrible stay at the hotel, the room was very small and unkempt, the bathroom was very bad, water was leaking from the water closet. The environment was not tidy at all. I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel, I am not pleased with all the facilities provided in the hotel, they really need to improve.

I liked your hotel and enjoyed my stay very much except that the rooms were too small in my opinion. What makes it worse is that this is true for all the room categories, they are far smaller than what you'll get elsewhere. Its a pity there's not so much you can do about this.
